Training

Over the last year we have run a number of successful open training courses bookable on an individual basis. We have also run these and other courses in house for a number of different companies and organizations who wanted training customized to their needs.

Our difference

There are many training companies who offer courses in web technologies, why should you come to us? Our difference is that we are actually doing the things we teach in our day to day work. The skills we will teach you are right up to date, and taught by web developers with training experience rather than someone simply following a course written by someone else.

In a recent one-day presentation of our CSS beginners course led by Drew McLellan the company had two delegates and so with a small number of people he was able to complete the set material in good time. In the remaining time he walked the delegates through an actual design they were currently working on, building the layout and showing how the skills learned through the day directly applied to creating that design.

We also presented our HTML and Web Standards and CSS courses in early 2009 to a large number of delegates over the course of a week at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna. So we have experience of working with large groups and small, and ensuring that every delegate leaves our courses with new skills ready to put into practice.
